- Preparing estimates, conducting consultations, confirming bookings
- Entering into and performing construction contracts, handling enquiries
- Statistical analysis for service improvement, in non-identifiable form

- Consultation and quote enquiries: retained for one year from collection, then destroyed without delay
- Where a contract is concluded: retained up to five years as required by applicable Korean law
